    CareerBridge provides professional career consulting services including resume writing, cover letters, LinkedIn optimization, interview coaching, government application support, and related services as described on our website. All services are provided online.

  • Customer Responsibilities

    You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information required to deliver our services. You are responsible for providing relevant documents, communicating clearly, and reviewing all deliverables within the agreed timelines.

  • Payments & Refunds

    All fees are listed in Canadian dollars and must be paid in advance before work begins. Refunds are provided in accordance with our Refund & Revision Policy available on our website.

  • Revisions

    We offer a set number of revisions as outlined in your selected package or service. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may be subject to additional fees.

  • Intellectual Property

    All content created by CareerBridge, including resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, and other materials, remains our intellectual property until final payment is made in full. Once payment is complete, you are granted a license to use the final deliverables for personal job search purposes.

  • Limitation of Liability
